Each tower marks your mastery of a specific Mote and unlocks a new set of puzzles to explore as you descend, heading deeper into the Great Depths...

Lumote will keep you coming back for more

Lumote is a low budget 3D puzzle game which will keep you coming back for more. The difficulty is ramped up just enough to ensure you are compelled to plod ever forward. It never feels too simple nor frustratingly impossible. The developers have managed to meet a happy middle ground that challenges the player.

Likewise, the puzzle elements are carefully, slowly introduced to ensure you never feel overwhelmed and are constantly engaged with your surroundings. The game opens with glowing, bright UV environments that immediately capture your eye.

The puzzles merge into one another

The world that Lumote inhabits is a beautiful alien world with living elements that you can interact with in order to progress through the levels. One neat element is that the puzzles merge into one another. Once you've finished one area you quickly move to the next without having to wait for the game to load.

I enjoyed my time with Lumote. For those of us that love classic 3D platformers, it adds enough originality to ensure that you'll be glued to the screen.
