Orbital Bullet is a fast paced 360° action-platformer with rogue-lite elements, where all actions take place in a circular pattern. Fight your way through a variety of procedural planets and use body modifications, crafting, upgrades and heavy weaponry...
Orbital Bullet is a simple, yet surprisingly addictive platform shooter that is hard to put down. In many ways it feels like an old school 2D platformer which has been transported into a 3D environment. While you can only travel backwards and forwards (as well as jumping to higher levels) the maps are generated to be circular, so you feel as though you have a little more freedom then you actually do. It's a little like someone took a 2D platformer and wrapped the maps around on themselves. The game looks and plays like a dream. Procedurally generated planets means that you're never quite sure what you're in for. But one thing is certain from the start, you're not going to progress very far with the character you begin with. But worry not, for every time you die you'll be able to spend Nanobytes that you've collected. These will give you permanent upgrades and skills that will help you progress that little bit further.
There are 38 guns to unlock and discover, as well as four different character classes - each with their own skill tree. This ensures that you can find a character that fits with your playing style. While at first I thought it might get old fairly quickly, I was surprised at just how much I was drawn back time and time again for "just one more go". 8 Nick Smithson Buy this item online
