There's very little to Velocity Noodle that you won't have seen a hundred times before in much better games. But, what it does, it executes surprisingly well for such a tired format.

The idea is simple. Get from point A to point B to deliver your noodles to paying customers. Avoid the dangers in the environment and get to your destination as quickly as possible and in one piece.

The game starts off fairly easily with just a few moves and relatively easy routes, but it doesn't take long for the challenge to ramp up and getting to your customer can seem an impossibility. In these instances trial and error is the order of the day.

If you're a fan of these old skool games then you'll probably find enough here to keep you coming back for more. But for me, as well presented as the game was, there just wasn't enough to keep my interest.
