Erwann Kermorvant's original score for Bowling is released via Plaza Mayor Company Ltd. In the movie, a HR director is sent in to restructure a hospital, a task which involves closing down the loss-making maternity unit. Four women of different ages, backgrounds and convictions form a quartet united by their humanity and humour to defend the maternity unit...

Erwann Kermorvant delivers yet another emotional and uplifting score with his soundtrack to Bowling. The album consists of 16 tracks (21 min, 47 sec), but it manages to pack in more intriguing themes and set pieces than the majority of soundtracks with a longer running time.

There's an element of celtic-based music on the opening 'Gleb Teil'. And those that love epic themes will get a huge kick out of 'La Competition', which opens on a regal note before building to a satisfying crescendo.

'Firmine' reminded me of Nathan McCree music for the original Tomb Raider (1996) game, whilst La Première Par' pays a loving homage to Alan Silvestri's score from Back to the Future (1985).

Once again, Kermorvant showcases his many talents as an artist with this engaging and rewarding score.
