The Time Traveller's Wife: The Musical is based on the best-selling novel by Audrey Niffenegger and the New Line Cinema film, with screenplay by Bruce Joel Rubin. It has an original musical score and lyrics by multi–Grammy Award-winning composers Joss Stone and Dave Stewart.

The album contains 16 songs (54 min, 41 sec) from the musical. The songs are instantly accessible and will delight musical theatre fans even if they haven't seen the show. And while there's nothing here that stands out as anything more than average fare, all the tracks have merit and, over time you'll find each has its own unique charm.
