Plaza Mayor Company Ltd release Alejandro Karo and Mayra Lepró's original score for La Vida En Gris. The film revolves around Ray and his ability to experience different versions of himself between parallel universes. His obsession with multiple universes and his inadequacy with his life leads him to decisions with fatal consequences. In the different universes, Ray struggles to find true love and make sense of his chaotic existence... Alejandro Karo and Mayra Lepró deliver a laid back, almost tranquil collection of themes on their score for La Vida En Gris. The album consists of 18 tracks (26 min, 35 sec). It's quite a short score, but it's still one worthy of note. Thematically it's packed with engaging, melancholic set pieces which build as the album progresses. It's certainly a score you'll want to keep returning to. I noticed something new to enjoy almost every time I revisited it. It's subtle, beautiful and overall a joy to experience. I found that when the closing segment, 'Epílogo', faded out I was left wanting to hear so much more in a similar vein. 8 Darren Rea Buy this item online
