While routinely flying your spaceship, delivering gift packages, a giant octopus living atop a volcano decided to steal your vessel, dispersing the precious cargo all over the hills. You must equip yourself with a springy stilt in each hand to bounce through the challenging landscape to retrieve the lost gifts and eventually get back your stolen spaceship...

In the world of Stilt, you are a furball with two arms. Attached to each arm are spring coiled stilts, which you can use to either gingerly explore your surroundings, or bounce around like an over excited puppy.

The game is a bright and bold VR platformer that takes inspiration from classic games of a bygone era. Use your quick reflexes and problem-solving skills to progress through the levels, collecting lost gift packages and stamps along the way. Use your stilts to pass chasms, avoid traps, break things and smack creatures. You can also upgrade your stilts as you progress through the game.

As well as the single player campaign, you can also engage in cross-platform multiplayer game modes. 'Smack-em-all!' sees you having to score points by smacking other players out to sea. In 'Area Bash', you gain points by staying inside a marked, constantly moving area while trying to keep other players outside. Try not to get zapped in 'Electric Tag', and pop the most balloons to win in 'Balloon Hunt'.

For £15 this is well worth a gamble. It's a solid, enjoyable platformer. It's fun, frantic and... if you play with friends... you'll be constantly laughing at how insane the gameplay is.
