who spends hours playing Microsoft: Flight Simulator 2004
(FS). Not only will it allow you to create your own
world in no time at all, but it will also give you hours of
entertainment doing so.
This
package contains a library of hundreds of 3D objects that
can be placed anywhere in the FS world. You can change
the elevation and scale of each model too and the EZ Libraries
can be freely downloaded to allow you to share your creative
masterpiece with your friends.
To
be honest, while I'm not a huge FS player (although
I have to admit to having wasted quite a few evenings and
weekends soaring through the skies - and crashing into runways)
this add-on is certainly going to add countless hours of extra
gameplay for all of those die-hard fanatics who have flown
just about every mission going. It also means that you can
create your own little challenges.
For
example, I took some of the World's greatest constructions
(Eiffel Tower, Statue of Liberty, etc) and placed them in
a line and proceeded to attempt to slalom my plane between
the buildings. Sad as it sounds, there's quite an art to doing
this, and competing with your friends to see who can race
up and down the course the quickest is great fun. And there
are countless other games like this you can create in order
to spice up an evening playing FS. While that's not
what EZ-Scenery was designed for, it's still a lot
of fun.
At
the end of the day this is a great add-on for FS 2004
- anyone who is serious about their flying should buy this.
