What is the Giggler Treatment? If adults are mean to children,
they get the Giggler Treatment. If they send a child to bed
without their supper, or if they frighten a child, they get
the Giggler Treatment. If they are ever rude to a child or
make them wear clothes that they hate they get the Giggler
Treatment...
Mr
Mack is a good, caring man. And he's about to walk right into
a fate he doesn't deserve. Last
night, Mr Mack sent his children to bed without their supper
for breaking a kitchen window. Later, he apologised, called
the boys back down and made them their favourite dinner -
but the Gigglers don't know that, and they've set Mr Mack
up for the Giggler Treatment.
The
Giggler Treatment has been around since the dawn of time,
and can be summed up in four simple words: "poo on the
shoe". Can Mr Mack's children - not to mention Rover,
the amazing dog - save him from impending disaster?
The
Giggler Treatment is one of those CDs that children will
love and adults will tut at. Why? Well, mainly because dog
poo is a major subject matter in this release. That's one
of the punishments with the Giggler Treatment. The little
people purchase dog poo from dogs, and then place it somewhere
where they know their victim will step into it.
The
opening to this story sees the little people waiting anxiously,
counting down the steps, until their victim steps in the poo...
but, little do they know that this unsuspecting adult doesn't
actually deserve the Giggler Treatment.
This
CD takes an amusing slant on the world as kids see it. It
explains why dogs really bury bones in their owner's back
yards, and why being a biscuit tester is not always as exciting
as it at first sounds. I loved the amusing asides as each
chapter was introduced.
Basically,
this is a release that any mischievous little boy or girl
should listen to. A hoot from beginning to end.
