Playmobil's
Constellation Cruiser is one of the poorer of the Space
range. Not that it is really bad, just that it is not up to
the same standard as the rest of the range.
The
look of the ship is a little dull and when compared with,
say, the Dark Invader, it looks very second rate. It
is a shame that the same thought and care didn't go into the
design of this ship as with the rest of the range and the
end result is a product that doesn't really fit in with the
look of the rest of the range.
That
said, this is still a damn site better than the majority of
children's toys out there at present.
If
you need a present to take to a children's party, or as a
special treat for a good boy/girl then this will suffice.
But it is not a necessary addition to the child who has been
collecting the other Space range series.
I
really wanted to like this, but it just doesn't match the
style and standard we have come to expect from Playmobil.
