Jackie Chan is an internationally renowned action star,
delivering great performances and innovative, breathtaking
stunt sequences in a career spanning more than ninety films.
From his Hong Kong-produced hits, such as Drunken Master
and the Police Story films, to more recent Hollywood
blockbusters like Shanghai Noon and Rush Hour 2,
Jackie's action packed movies and unique style have won him
legions of fans in both the East and the West...
                  Volume
2 of this best selling official companion series contains
more exclusive interviews with Chan and many of his co-stars
and colleagues, scores of rare and previously unseen photos,
behind-the-scenes reports and articles looking at the best
of his films, from early in his career right up to date with
Shanghai Knights and his new blockbuster, Around
                    the World in 80 Days.
                  Not
being a great fan of Chan, I didn't think I'd enjoy this 'Essential
Companion'. The interviews are entertaining and I especially
enjoyed the 10 page behind the scenes of Chan's latest movie,
Around the World in 80 Days, which opened this summer
(2004). Richard Cooper travelled over to Berlin, Germany (where
the filming took place) to find that this was not going to
be a glamorous trip - most of this film was filmed in a disused
                    slaughter house!

This companion book is packed full of information and great
photos. Every Jackie Chan fan should have one.
