Xander's school fight gets broken up by a giant scorpion.
A new range of dolls are actually thieving demons. And Willow's
werewolf boyfriend turns from doe-eyed puppy to devil dog.
Just some of the strange (well, not so strange, pretty normal
really) going's on Buffy has to deal with when your town is
                    the gateway to Hell...

                  Play
with Fire is a very odd graphic novel - if you can call
it that. It's more of a comic with a shiny cover and a few
extra pages, were talking very thin here guys.
                  At
least they were kind enough to lower the price for it, only
suckers would have bought it for the normal £8.99 or so these
things cost! Anyway, as they say, size isn't everything, and
Play with Fire isn't that bad.
                  It
has two very short and average stories to start with, but
the final story; The Latest Craze, is quite a funny
one. It tells the story of a new craze hitting Sunnydale,
where everyone feels the need to own these ugly little toys...
or that's what they seem. In the night however, they are stealing
their owners most prized possessions - Willow's Pez Witch
for example. Only Buffy seems immune to the need to follow
the crowd and when one of the little guys sneaks into her
room and steals the ring Angel gave her, well then she's gonna
kick some ass! A funny little story, if you haven read it,
it might be worth picking this up.
                  A
quick read I must say, but Buffy fans everywhere will
still pick it up to add to their collection.
