Will Homer ever manage to do anything without getting in to
real trouble? This funny collection of The Simpsons,
in Simpsons Gone Wild, proves that he can't. This volume
includes Homers Night Out, Sunday Cruddy Sunday, The Mansion
Family and Homer the Moe. There is also a short
Krusty Featurette: Krusty the clown, king of comedy...
                  Homers
Night Out sees Homer being thrown out of his home after
being caught on camera, by his loveable son Bart, with an
exotic dancer. When the photos are posted all around Springfield,
Marge looses her temper and throws Homer out onto the street.
How can he manage to win Marge's love back?

Sunday Cruddy Sunday sees Homer get a chance to go
to the Superbowl for free if he can fill a charter bus that
is going to the game. Unfortunately, they never quite make
it - the entire bus full end up in Superbowl prison. Dolly
Parton shows up but will she help get them out and will they
make it out in time to see the end of the game?

The Mansion Family sees Mr Burns being awarded the
'oldest man in Springfield' award. This triggers him to get
a medical check up. Whilst away he decides to let Homer and
his family look after his mansion. Marge tries to keep everything
in order but unfortunately this episode includes breakages,
                    theft and pirates.

Homer The Moe. Moe looses his passion for running his
bar and decides to take a trip to his old bartending school,
Swigmore University, for some inspiration. Moe returns and
changes his tavern into a new, hip trendy bar called 'M',
leaving his faithful friends out on the street. Homer opens
up his own bar in his own garage where REM play live.
                  The
Krusty featurette is short, showing clips of some of Krusty's
less funny jokes - and to be honest is not really that good.
                  This,
along with all Simpsons DVDs, is funny and can be watched
time and time again. However, take note that if watching on
a PC you have to use the arrow keys on the keyboard to select
from the menu which can become a little annoying. For some
                    reason the cursor isn't visible.
                  While
some of these episodes are from later seasons, I would still
personally wait for the box sets to be released rather than
purchasing this now. However, if you are in need of a quick
Simpsons fix then go for it and enjoy.
Still, a quality purchase whatever way you look at it.
