From this early political career in Arkansas to the year of his impeachment trial, this documentary tells the compelling and intriguing story of Clinton's downfall and of the ten year campaign to destroy his presidency...

Based on the best-selling book by Gene Lyon and Joe Canson, The Hunting of the President is yet another documentary that shows America in the grip of a sickness from which it seems unable to escape.

While lacking the high profile of Fahrenheit 9/11, Hunting is by no means a lesser film. Of course, the subject matter is not as horribly tragic, but it is just as striking. Abuses of power, and the persecution of innocent individuals for political gain are the crux of Hunting. In particular, viewers will be shocked by the treatment of one Susan McDougal by those purporting to be upholders of justice.

Watch the end credits carefully. For while some may say Hunting is pro-Clinton, the fact that his persecutors did not make themselves available for interview exonerates the producers, to a certain extent, from accusations of political bias.
